How does EU Coach work?
EU Coach provides practice questions generated from official EU publications to help you prepare for EPSO competitions. Simply answer questions, review the explanations and source material, and track your progress.
Is EU Coach free?
EU Coach offers a free tier with a selection of practice questions. For full access to all question categories and features, you can upgrade to EU Coach Pro via a monthly or yearly subscription.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel or modify your subscription, open your device's Settings and navigate to your subscription management page.
Where do the questions come from?
All questions are derived from publicly available EU documents and publications. Each question includes a reference to its source so you can verify and read further.

Account and Data Deletion
EU Coach is operated by Saasbox. You can request deletion of your EU Coach account and associated data at any time.
How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your EU Coach account.

Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Data that will be deleted
- Your account profile (email address, name, password)
- Profile picture and avatar
- Authentication tokens and session data
- Two-factor authentication settings
- Linked social login accounts (if any)
- Subscription records held by EU Coach (subscription status, product ID, expiration date)
Data that may be retained

Anonymized server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention.

Billing and transaction records required to be retained by tax and accounting laws (typically up to 7 years). These records are anonymized where possible and are not linked to your active account.

Subscription data held by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) is managed by those platforms and must be cancelled or deleted through your device settings — we cannot delete it on your behalf.
